PROGRAM MODULES

The program will cover some of the most fundamental aspects of screen acting and give you the experience of shooting a scene with a professional cinema crew.

Module-1

Understanding The

Movie Camera

Get an orientation of how a cinema camera works. Analyse the performance of cinema actors in various frames and learn how to perform for the given camera angles, frames, movements and lenses.

Module-2

Fundamentals Of The Meisner Technique

Learn to play your characters as real people. Understand the principles of emotional preparation, improvisation and repetition. It is the most popular acting technique used by screen actors.

Module-3

Actioning In Acting

Learn about the first thing you should do after you get the script. How to identify the thoughts and objectives of your character, putting meaning in your lines and actions and put the subtext to the forefront.

Begin To Find Your Own 
Acting Technique

Learn how to get inspired and not copy. You are an unique individual and your evolution as an actor depends upon how well you are able to discover your own voice and technique.

Screen Acting Assessments

Get your screen performance assessed and certified by Trinity College London. This advance level assessment can be really helpful for scoring UCAS points and profile building for your university applications.

Module-6

Experience On Location Shooting

Feature In A Professionally Shot Cinema Scene

You will perform in a short scene directed and shot by professionals. To give a real screen acting environment experience to the students these scenes will be shot in studio or on location with a three-camera setup and sync sound.

Module-7

Screening Party

All the scenes will be screened on a big screen followed by a felicitation ceremony. The event will also feature reflections by the participant and the faculty members and expert reviews of the scenes.  Join in with your friends and family.
